Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

In the event of disputes, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The Vienna Sales Convention is explicitly excluded. The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Zurich or at the customer's place of residence. For legal entities, Zurich shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

Should individual provisions of these GTC, including this provision, be invalid in whole or in part, or should the conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the remaining parts shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions or, if not available, provisions that correspond to the meaning of the invalid provisions.
